The board of directors is elected each year at the Annual General Meeting of the Society in accordance with the by-laws of the Society.  Any member of good standing is eligible to stand for election and vote at that meeting.

A minimum of 5 and a maximum of 13 Directors may be elected each year.  Vacancies may be filled by a majority vote of the current Directors

Persons (who need not be a member of the Board) are appointed by the Board of Directors to fill other positions beneficial to the operation of the Society.
