Plowing a Straight Furrow

The Society will attempt to plow a straight and narrow furrow at the Hastings County Plowing Match at Tweed. The Society will show archival photos of rural Hastings inside the County of Hastings tent with a promotional display to highlight the creation of the Belleville and Hastings County Community Archives.

An exhibit of old photos and documents will be displayed at the Quinte Mall. The material featured by the Hastings County Historical Society underlines the need for a Community Archives in Belleville and Hastings County.
